Tom Brady hopes to go 'unnoticed' during 'big' Halloween night out with kids: How are the stars celebrating?

While some stars like Heidi Klum dress to impress on Halloween night, Tom Brady is hoping to fly under the radar with his children. Brady shared on his SiriusXM podcast "Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray" that he plans on going trick-or-treating with his kids. Brady shares Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, with Gisele Bündchen. He also shares son Jack, 15, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. "We got a big night planned ahead, so it should be a fun night. … So, our block here in Tampa is pretty intense with Halloween because it's a pretty easy block to get to. It's a very, very festive night. So, the kids are super excited and should be a really fun night for us," Brady said. When asked if the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback had any plans to dress up, he responded, "The trick for me is to get out there and make sure I can go somewhat unnoticed." Woman testifies Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her in 1991 and 2008

A woman testified Monday that Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her in a hotel room during the Toronto Film Festival in 1991, then did it again when she went to confront him in the same hotel during the same festival 17 years later. Kelly Sipherd told a Los Angeles jury that she was a 24-year-old aspiring actor at the 1991 festival and didn't know who Weinstein was before she met him at a party. She said her friends there were abuzz about the man whose company Miramax had surged to the forefront of independent film and was making its mark at the Oscars. Sipherd said she was charmed by Weinstein at first as they discussed books and films. "We got along very well," she said. "He was very intelligent. We had a wonderful conversation." DANCER IN HARVEY WEINSTEIN FILM TESTIFIES HE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they have been sexually abused, but Sipherd agreed Monday to be named through her attorney. Massachusetts woman murdered in 1974 identified through genetic genealogy

The FBI announced Monday that after nearly five decades, police have identified a murder victim known as "Lady of the Dunes," whose body was found on a beach near Provincetown, Massachusetts , in July 1974.  Ruth Marie Terry was identified through genetic genealogy, which combines DNA analysis with traditional genealogy to track down both victims and suspects in cold cases.  "As investigators, cases like this one haunt us, and the agencies represented here today are constantly reevaluating and coming up with new investigative strategies to try and advance them," FBI Boston Special Agent in Charge Joseph Bonavolonta said at a news conference on Monday.  "We also realize that while we have identified Ruth as the victim of this horrific murder, it does not ease the pain for her family—nothing can—but hopefully it answers some questions while we continue to look for her killer."  CONFESSED FLORIDA COLD CASE MURDERER NOW SUSPECTED IN SERIAL KILLINGS, POLIC...

Northern Ireland's 'Troubles' may have quieted, but their echo has reached America

The single, white rose is sheathed in plastic. The flower is affixed to a stucco wall next to an automated cash machine on Shankill Road in Belfast, Northern Ireland . Frizzell’s Fish Shop once stood here. Once stood here. It just so happened that I visited this spot 29 years to the day after two Provisional Irish Republican Army members walked into Frizzell’s with a bomb. It was just after 1 pm on October 23, 1993. The bombers looked customers in the eye, placed a bomb on the counter and blew the place sky-high. Nine people died in the attack in the mostly Protestant neighborhood . When I walked on Shankill Road the other day, someone has lashed a bouquet of young, pink flowers to a nearby light post. A small, white card is taped to the flowers. The writing is in block letters and blue, ballpoint pen.  "Michael, Evelyn Michelle, murdered 23rd Oct 1993. Remembered Always By Your Brother, Marcus & Family," reads the card. Head a few miles away you’ll find Falls R...

Sununu tells NBC's Chuck Todd he's 'in a bubble' while clashing over voter priorities ahead of midterms

New Hampshire Republican Gov. Chris Sununu accused NBC News anchor Chuck Todd of being "in a bubble" during a heated exchange on Sunday's installment of "Meet the Press." Todd grilled Sununu for backing GOP Senate candidate Don Bolduc, whom the governor previously opposed during the New Hampshire primary but has since rallied behind in order to unseat incumbent Democrat Sen. Maggie Hassan.  "Why are you supporting an election denialist and do you think the inflation issue is enough to sort of rationalize support for somebody who thinks school buses of voters are going to show up in New Hampshire?" Todd asked.  "Let me tell you - you're in a bubble, man," Sununu responded. "I love you, Chuck, but you're in a bubble if you think anybody's talking about what happened in 2020 or talking about Mar-a-Lago and all that. I know the press loves talking about it. People are talking about what is happening in their pocketbooks every...

Bills' Stefon Diggs talks trash to Packers' Jaire Alexander running out of tunnel before game

Buffalo Bills All-Pro receiver Stefon Diggs has always been known as someone who can talk a little trash, and that showed up before he took on the Green Bay Packers Sunday night.  As the Packers were running out of the tunnel before the game, it was a sea of yellow and green until a red, white and blue jersey popped out of the tunnel face-to-face with Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander . It was Diggs and he was jawing at the man that would probably be covering him on the night.  Alexander was going back at him as he made his way out on to the field before joining his teammates with the rest of the run.  CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM The game hadn’t even kicked off yet, and tensions were high. But, hey, that’s part of the game. But Diggs tried adding to it when he scored the Bills’ second touchdown of the game, though his teammates wanted him to celebrate instead of jawing at Alexander. The Packers corner also had some extracurricular tackling af...

Breast cancer patients who respond well to pre-surgical treatment may be able to skip surgery: study

Patients diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer who had a good response to targeted cancer treatment prior to surgery — otherwise known as adjuvant therapy — may be able to skip surgery and receive radiation treatment, with a low chance of cancer recurring. That's according to a new study from researchers at  The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world’s most respected centers devoted exclusively to cancer patient care and research.  "This research adds to growing evidence showing that newer drugs can completely eradicate cancer in some cases, and very early results show we can safely eliminate surgery in this select group of women with breast cancer," said principal investigator Henry Kuerer, M.D., Ph.D., in a news release. Washington Post report blasted as ‘propaganda operation’ for tying Pelosi attack to ‘years of GOP demonizing’

The Washington Post featured a lengthy dissertation Saturday claiming the recent attack against Paul Pelosi, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, is connected to years of the Republican Party "demonizing" her. Correspondent Ashley Parker and reporters Hannah Allam and Marianna Sotomayor began by tracing the recent attack to three specific incidents: the RNC's 2010 "Fire Pelosi" campaign to unseat her as Speaker, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., joking about hitting her with the Speaker’s gavel in 2021, and nearly $40 million of political ads being spent against her during the current midterm election cycle. "The years of vilification culminated Friday when Pelosi’s husband, Paul, was attacked with a hammer during an early-morning break-in at the couple’s home in San Francisco by a man searching for the speaker and shouting ‘Where is Nancy? Where is Nancy?’ according to someone briefed on the assault," they wrote. The article highlig...

Tennessee death row inmate slices off penis after being placed on suicide watch for slitting wrists

A Tennessee death row inmate severed his own penis with a hidden razor after being placed on suicide watch for slitting his wrists following a disagreement with jail officials over a food package delivery, his attorney says. Henry Eugene Hodges, sentenced to death for the 1990 killing of a telephone repairman, mutilated himself by slicing off his own penis earlier this month after a disagreement with jail officials who didn't allow him to receive a special food package he had ordered, according to his attorney Kelley Henry.  Hodges became upset and began smearing feces in his cell after prison officials refused to let him have a package he had ordered because he had clear conduct for only the previous five months, rather than the required six months, Henry said. A guard then decided to stop feeding him in order to get him to stop smearing feces, she said. On Oct. 7, Hodges slit his wrists with a razor he had in his cell, Henry said. Hodges was taken to the hospital’s infirmary...

Athletics likely to leave Oakland for Las Vegas, MLB commissioner says

Oakland may be out of professional sports teams sooner rather than later. The future of the Athletics in Oakland has been in limbo for several years, but MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred thinks a new destination is on the horizon. CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM Manfred told Sirius XM that he's no longer optimistic they will remain in Oakland, and a move to Las Vegas is likely. The A's and Oakland officials had been in discussions regarding a new stadium as part of the Howard Terminal project, but deadlines passed without progress. Because of this, negotiations for the project have been pushed to next year, which A's president Dave Kaval said would " all but doom our efforts " to stay in Oakland. Manfred echoed those sentiments, saying there is now "uncertainty" if the A's will stay put. The team's lease at the Coliseum ends after the 2024 season. Brooklyn Nets All-Star Kyrie Irving has responded after being accused of sharing a film on social media with antisemitic material.  One day after the organization and Nets owner Joe Tsai condemned Irving, the seven-time All-Star posted a message to Twitter saying that he meant "no disrespect." "I am an OMNIST and I meant no disrespect to anyone’s religious beliefs," Irving posted to Twitter. "The ‘Anti-Semitic’ label that is being pushed on me is not justified and does not reflect the reality or truth I live in everyday. I embrace and want to learn from all walks of life and religions." Where has the media and the Democrats been while thousands of Americans have been attacked? People are being hit with hammers every day. CNN's Don Lemon continues to insist he hasn't been demoted, says foes 'have an agenda'

CNN host Don Lemon has doubled down on the assertion that his move from primetime to mornings is not a demotion.  It was announced last month that Lemon and his CNN colleagues Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins were tapped to co-host "CNN This Morning," a revamping of the network's morning show, replacing the poorly-watched "New Day."   In the world of television news, a primetime program bearing the name of the host is considered the highest possible perch. But Lemon, who formally hosted "Don Lemon Tonight," apparently does not see sharing a morning show with two others as a step down. "There is nothing in my contract and in my form of compensation that will say I am being lowered in stature at this network or in the media," Lemon told Vanity Fair in a piece published Friday.  RATINGS-CHALLENGED DON LEMON ‘NOT THE RIGHT ANSWER,’ TO CNN'S MORNING SHOW ISSUES, CRITICS SAY Lemon called the soon-to-be-launched morning show the "bigg...

FORE: Clip of Tiger Woods mistakenly included in campaign ad advocating for the death penalty

Republican Kris Kobach, the party's nominee for Kansas attorney general, released a campaign ad Thursday advocating the use of capital punishment for "cop killers" and "mass murderers," but mistakenly included a clip of pro-golfer Tiger Woods' 2017 DUI arrest in the ad's footage. The ad, titled, "Just Intentional," slammed Kobach's opponent, Democrat Chris Mann, over what it said was his opposition to capital punishment , and, in addition to Woods, included footage of the Carr brothers, two convicted murderers currently on Kansas' death row. TUCKER CARLSON: Thanks to Biden's religious war in Ukraine, the US is about to run out of diesel fuel

There are a lot of faraway places in this world—Namibia for example— but Europe is not one of them. Europe is where your kids spent junior year abroad. Europe is an easy flight from the east coast of the United States to pretty much anywhere on the continent and you know this. You've been on vacation in Europe, as millions of Americans have. For the most part, they speak English in Europe. They've got Starbucks and Taco Bell and air conditioning and modern hospitals. It is not another world. Given how closely related the United States is to Europe and has always been, you would imagine our leaders would notice when Europe began to fall apart, especially when the signs were not subtle at all – and they weren't. This summer, Germans began clear-cutting ancient forests to heat their homes. In Poland, families queued up for hours to buy coal, just like they did 150 years ago. In the U.K., the government projected that more than 10,000 Britons will freeze to death, will die, th...
