Trump finds new leverage in Ukraine fight with Tomahawk threat and long-range strike authorization

President Donald Trump is flexing new leverage in the war in Ukraine — allowing the nation to use U.S. weapons to strike deep into Russia, weighing whether to provide Kyiv with Tomahawk cruise missiles and vowing Ukraine can take back all its land — while pressing China and India to slash purchases of Russian oil. Ukraine supporters are cheering the shift, noting that after months of frustration over the grinding conflict, Trump appears to be changing tactics. From a combative February meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to his declaration last week that Ukraine could reclaim all of its original territory, the president is signaling a harder line on Moscow. On "Fox News Sunday," Ukraine envoy Keith Kellogg revealed that Trump had authorized long-range Ukrainian strikes inside Russia. Vice President JD Vance added that the administration is weighing whether to send Tomahawk missiles, a capability the Biden White House had denied. The weapons would be funded by Europe...

New Jersey GOP lawmakers demand Sherrill release Naval Academy records as questions swirl

The three New Jersey Republicans in the U.S. House are pubically urging Rep. Mikie Sherrill, the state's Democratic nominee for governor, to authorize for the immediate release of her military records connected to a major cheating scandal that rocked the U.S. Naval Academy in 1994. Reps. Christopher Smith, Jeff Van Drew, and Tom Kean, Jr., the three Republican members of New Jersey's 12-member House delegation, on Monday said it was "imperative" that Sherrill reveal her records at the Naval Academy . The combustible ballot box battle in New Jersey, one of only two races for governor in the country this year, was rocked last week after a report revealed that the United States Naval Academy blocked Sherrill from taking part in her graduation amid the cheating scandal. "The only way that level of transparency can be achieved is for all of Representative Sherrill’s academic, disciplinary, and investigatory records to be made public – something only Representativ...

Killer mom Susan Smith 'needs to remain incarcerated' says prosecutor who originally put her away

The former South Carolina prosecutor who successfully put Susan Smith behind bars for infamously killing her two young sons in 1994 by strapping them into their car seats and rolling the vehicle into a lake, says she needs to remain in prison. Tommy Pope, who led the prosecution against Smith and who now serves in the state Legislature as a Republican, noted that she will once again be eligible for parole in 2026. She was denied in 2024. "Susan, to me, needs to remain incarcerated as punishment for what she's done," Pope told Fox News Digital at CrimeCon in Denver on Sept. 6, noting that she may not pose a danger to society if she were released. "It's not like she's going to have two more kids and do the same thing, arguably." Attorney General Pam Bondi vowed a federal crackdown Saturday, saying that America has entered a "new era of political violence." Her stern warning against extremist groups targeting federal officers comes a day after she announced Department of Justice (DOJ) agents will be deployed to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities nationwide. TRUMP VOWS ‘FULL FORCE’ AS HE PLANS TO SEND TROOPS TO PORTLAND AMID ANTI-ICE PROTESTS Bondi wrote in the post that there will be "ZERO TOLERANCE" for political violence and domestic terrorism. Dwayne Johnson's father 'crossed the line' before their final conversation

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is speaking out about the last time he talked to his late father, Rocky Johnson, with whom he had a deeply complicated relationship.  The 53-year-old actor said they fought over his father’s memoir. Johnson said Rocky’s book contained quotes, ostensibly written by him, that gave his dad credit for his success. "It hurts," he told The New York Times Magazine in an in-depth interview published Sunday.  Johnson's father, a former pro wrestler himself, had just published "Soulman: The Rocky Johnson Story," at the time, and Johnson said he was shocked to read that he had written the foreword for the book — even though he hadn’t.  DWAYNE ‘THE ROCK’ JOHNSON’S SLIMMER LOOK AT VENICE FILM FESTIVAL HAS FANS DOING DOUBLE TAKES "It just completely crossed the line," Johnson said. From rhetoric to bloodshed: Texas ICE attack caps escalating left-wing terror wave

The shooting of three ICE agents in Texas on Wednesday marks the latest and most brazen example of a surge in left-wing political violence. From the dual attempted assassinations of President Donald Trump to the murder of Charlie Kirk, a chilling pattern is unmistakable: the left’s relentless demonization of conservatives is fueling real-world bloodshed. DEADLY DALLAS ICE SHOOTING VICTIMS ARE DETAINEES, SOURCES SAY; SHOOTER DEAD "This latest shooting against ICE shows what happens after decades of lack of consequences," Lora Ries, director of the Border Security and Immigration Center at The Heritage Foundation, told Fox News Digital.  Ries argued that decades of weak immigration enforcement have emboldened activist groups, who are now lashing out against today’s tougher measures. "We need to apply consequences early and often to crime, particularly violence, and immigration violations," she added. FBI Director Kash Patel said law enforcement officials recov...

France says UN recognition of Palestinian state is a blow to Hamas not a gift

EXCLUSIVE: A French official pushed back on claims by President Donald Trump that recognizing a Palestinian state amounts to handing Hamas a victory, insisting the initiative advanced at the United Nations this week is designed to marginalize the terror group and revive the two-state solution. In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital at the U.N. General Assembly in New York, Pascal Confavereux, spokesperson for France’s Foreign Ministry, rejected suggestions that President Emmanuel Macron was trying to position himself as an "anti-Trump" leader on the global stage. The spokesperson stressed that relations between Trump and Macron remain strong , despite their visible differences at the U.N. "The French president and President Trump have a relationship that dates back to the first Trump administration. They have very intense discussions, and they are working on many, many issues," he said, noting that the two leaders spoke again on Tuesday about a range ...

California mom appeals to Supreme Court in religious-based vaccine dispute after son is banned from school

A California mom says the state is forcing her to choose between her Christian faith and her son’s education, and she’s asking the U.S. Supreme Court to step in. The emergency application, filed Sept. 11 and formally docketed Friday, was submitted to Justice Elena Kagan, who handles emergency matters from the 9th Circuit.  Kagan could decide on her own or refer the case to the full court, a move that could make the mother’s fight a national test case over faith and vaccines in a majority conservative bench. The filing, brought by We the Patriots USA, Inc. and "Jane Doe," contends that California’s health code unconstitutionally bars her son from attending school unless he receives vaccines she considers religiously objectionable. RELIGIOUS LIBERTY IS AMERICA'S CORE RIGHT. WE MUST DEFEND IT FOR KIDS AND PARENTS Doe argues the vaccines are linked to abortion through aborted fetal tissue used in development and testing and that her faith compels her to keep her and ...
