The judge found he violated the order on nine separate occasions, with each violation resulting in a $1,000 fine.  The judge detailed in the order that if Trump carries out "continued willful violations" of the gag order, he could face "incarceratory punishment" if "necess...

LeBron James makes heckling fan flinch after giving her jump scare

Before the Los Angeles Lakers were eliminated by the Denver Nuggets from the playoffs for the second time in as many years, LeBron James was having some back-and-forth with a fan courtside. During Game 5 on Monday night , a woman with floor seats appeared to mock the NBA's all-time points leader – and it seemed like she didn't expect a response. While she seemed to jaw at him, even appearing to call him a "crybaby," she also waved her hands near her eyes to mock crying. CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM James was walking toward, and then along, the sideline, appearing to say something about the referees. As James walked past the fan, he jump-scared her, making her flinch. James then mocked the fan for flinching, appearing to then call her a "scary a--." Jalen Brunson sets new Knicks playoff record with brilliant Game 4 performance in win over 76ers

One game after Joel Embiid set a career-high with 50 points in the Philadelphia 76ers ’ Game 3 win, New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson had just the right answer in Game 4.  Brunson dropped 47 points to lead the Knicks to a 97-92 win on the road to make the series 3-1 in their favor.  Brunson’s incredible efforts set a new Knicks franchise record for the most points scored in a single playoff game.  CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM Momentum was certainly in the 76ers’ favor entering this game because Knicks center Mitchell Robinson, who comes off the bench to spell Isaiah Hartenstein down low, was not available after suffering a Game 3 ankle sprain. The 76ers came out firing to start the game, too, outscoring the Knicks, 27-17, in the first quarter.  But the Knicks cut the Sixers’ lead to 49-47 at halftime, and a lot of that had to do with Brunson, who shot 18 of 34 with 9-of-11 free throws made for his 47 points.  NBA LEGEND CHARLES OAKL...

Justice Thomas raised crucial question about legitimacy of special counsel's prosecution of Trump

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas raised a question Thursday that goes to the heart of Special Counsel Jack Smith's charges against former President Donald Trump . The high court was considering Trump's argument that he is immune from prosecution for actions he took while president, but another issue is whether Smith and the Office of Special Counsel have the authority to bring charges at all. "Did you, in this litigation, challenge the appointment of special counsel?" Thomas asked Trump attorney John Sauer on Thursday during a nearly three-hour session at the Supreme Court. Sauer replied that Trump's attorneys had not raised that concern "directly" in the current Supreme Court case — in which justices are considering Trump's arguments that presidential immunity precludes the prosecution of charges that the former president illegally sought to overturn the 2020 election. Sauer told Thomas that, "we totally agree with the analysis provide...

Texas mom who fatally shot teenager breaking in through daughter’s window won’t be charged

A Texas mom who fatally shot a 14-year-old boy who was breaking into her 8-year-old daughter’s window last December found out this week she won’t be charged.  "I feel great that they were able to see it through my eyes," Aleah Wallace told FOX 4 . She said she had worried her case would be "drug out, or I would be away from my kids or, you know, things like that."  A grand jury in Tarrant County this week chose to no-bill Wallace, meaning they didn’t find enough evidence to charge her with a crime over the shooting.  CALIFORNIA HOMEOWNER SHOOTS HOME INVASION SUSPECT, ANOTHER DEAD IN TARGETED HEIST: POLICE Wallace said she and her kids are still in therapy over the incident. "They go to counseling once a week, so it's still a little tough for them, but other than that, they're okay," she said of her four daughters. But she said she still feels for the family of Devin Baker, 14, who lost their son when he climbed in her window .  "I wa...

Rams' Sean McVay suggests team is willing to 'work toward' resolution for Matthew Stafford’s contract

Super Bowl winner Matthew Stafford seems to want to return to the negotiating table. The NFL Network recently reported the 36-year-old quarterback was not happy with the amount of guaranteed money remaining on his contract with the Los Angeles Rams. He is expected to collect an estimated $31 million in guarantees for the upcoming 2024 season, according to Overthecap.com.  Rams coach Sean McVay acknowledged the report but stopped short of providing any substantive details on a possible timetable for potentially adjusting Stafford's contract.  "I've had good dialogue with Matthew," McVay told reporters Friday. "We'll keep those things in house, but he's been working with our guys, and we'll keep those things in house."  CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM McVay and Rams general manager Les Snead were also asked if they believed the franchise would be able " to find a solution for the contract issue," but they danced ...

Jim Harbaugh tells Michigan star they are reuniting with Chargers, sings school's fight song in celebration

Junior Colson was coached by Jim Harbaugh for all three of his years at the University of Michigan. Well, Colson will be in familiar territory in the NFL. After nine seasons in Ann Arbor, Harbaugh returned to the NFL to be the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers . Several Wolverines were in this draft, including 10th overall pick J.J. McCarthy, who is now the Minnesota Vikings quarterback. In fact, in the third round, three-straight Michigan players were drafted (Blake Corum to the Rams, Roman Wilson to the Steelers and Zak Zinter to the Bengals). Dodgers star pitcher avoids serious injury after miraculously catching 105-mph frozen rope

Add cat-like, and potentially life-saving, reflexes to Yoshinobu Yamamoto’s resume. The Los Angeles Dodgers signed the 25-year-old Japanese right hander for $325 million in the offseason, the most money ever given to a pitcher despite not throwing a pitch in the major leagues, over a dozen years. His 1.16 ERA in Japan last season justifies that deal, but he proved to the world on Thursday he isn’t just a pitcher, he’s quite the athlete, as well. CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM In the bottom of the fifth against the Washington Nationals, he grooved a hanging change up right over the middle of the plate. Eddie Rosario, obviously, liked what he saw, and lined it right back to where it came from, putting up an exit velocity of 104.8 miles per hour. But in less than the time of the blink of an eye, Yamamoto got his glove in front of his face just in time, recording a miraculous out while also avoiding a serious situation. 'Death to America' rapidly emerging as key slogan of anti-Israel agitators in US

The slogan "Death to America" is seemingly gaining steam among anti-Israel agitators, who have swept across the nation. The anti-Israel demonstrations that have spread across the country have taken on an anti-American tenor in recent weeks, with students at the University of Michigan who were participating in the protests being given pamphlets titled "10 anarchist theses on Palestine solidarity in the United States," which included a page that stated, "Freedom for Palestine means Death to America." The pamphlets come as anti-Israel protests have continued to gain steam, leading to multiple days-long "encampments" at some of the most elite colleges and universities in the United States. But such rhetoric has not been limited to college campuses, with similar slogans being chanted in nearby Dearborn, Michigan , during a recent rally on the last Friday of Ramadan. 'DEATH TO AMERICA' PAMPHLETS CIRCULATED AT COLLEGE ANTI-ISRAEL ENCAMPME...

Conservative group builds ‘America First’ coalition to fight 'radical left's extreme positions and agenda'

An organization working to advance the "America First" agenda has united a diverse coalition of conservative groups to fight together "against the radical left's extreme positions and agenda" ahead of the 2024 presidential election . Led by America First Works, a 501c4 that's closely aligned with the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) and promotes an "America First" agenda through policy and legislation, the coalition was constructed earlier this month during a meeting in the nation's capital, where a pledge to work together was signed. "On April 3rd, America First Works hosted a meeting at the Willard Hotel, which is historic in and of itself – Martin Luther King refined his speech [there], Abraham Lincoln was there – and brought together over 50 organizations, over 100 people, to just sit down and discuss how we can best work together," Ashley Hayek, who serves as the executive director at America First Works and the chief enga...

AOC calls Columbia protests 'peaceful', despite rabbi warning Jewish students to stay home

During an Earth Day news conference, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., switched gears and called the student-led protests happening across college campuses across the country "peaceful." "Today also serves as a reminder of the power of organizing, of what we can accomplish [when] young people, climate advocates, labor organizers and working people of all backgrounds come together to demand the future. We all deserve. It is especially important that we remember the power of young people shaping the country today," Ocasio-Cortez said. "Of all days as we one once again witness the leadership of those peaceful student-led protests on campuses like Columbia, Yale, Berkeley and many others," Ocasio-Cortez continued. Her message comes as the Orthodox rabbi at Columbia University and Barnard College sent a message recommending Jewish students leave campus and go home as anti-Israel agitators have continued an "encampment" on campus and particip...

Fetterman endorses Romney taking over Harvard to reform antisemitism: 'Recalibrate from far-left orthodoxy'

Harvard University is a mess and Sen.  Mitt Romney , R-Utah, is the man who can save the once-prestigious institution and help it "recalibrate from far-left orthodoxy," according to Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa.  Daniel Rosen, who graduated Harvard in 1996, penned a Washington Post opinion piece last week which details recent issues at the school and called for the Utah senator – and former Massachusetts governor – to clean it up. Fetterman, a Harvard alumnus who has repeatedly irked his Democratic colleagues with his strong support for Israel, co-signed the suggestion.  "Harvard University remains in an almighty mess after months of turmoil over hate speech. There is a way to fix this: appoint former Massachusetts governor and retiring U.S. Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) university president," Rosen wrote.  FETTERMAN CALLS ON MEDIA TO KEEP A SPOTLIGHT ON ISRAELI HOSTAGES HELD IN GAZA, SAYS HAMAS SHOULD SURRENDER Fetterman posted the piece on X and wrote, "As an...

Thousands of Colombians took to the streets Sunday in the latest rebuke of leftist President Gustavo Petro's reform agenda. The demonstrations took place in several cities, including the capital. Pelicans star quickly catches himself making gambling reference, throws shade at banned player

Larry Nance Jr. is confident in his New Orleans Pelicans in the first round of the NBA playoffs. Maybe a little too confident. The Pels earned the No. 8 seed after their win in the play-in tournament Friday night, earning a date with the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder for the first round. OKC is understandably the favorite, especially considering Zion Williamson will likely miss the first round with a hamstring injury he suffered in New Orleans' first game of the tournament. CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM But Nance quickly had to retract a statement that showed his tremendous confidence. "Respectfully, I'm betting on the Pels. I'm not betting ," Nance said, quickly realizing what he had said and getting a laugh from reporters. "No Jontay Porter . I'm not betting," Nance clarified. "I'm not betting on anything. I don't own a betting app, none of that." Nance was referring to the player issued a lifeti...

Fans accuse Yankees announcer of insinuating Blue Jays were cheating: 'Such a moron'

Fans have come out of the woodwork to accuse New York Yankees broadcast Michael Kay of saying one of their rivals had pulled off a huge no-no in baseball. Ironically, the Yankees found themselves in a controversy against the Toronto Blue Jays last year when Aaron Judge hit a long home run shortly after noticeably peeking toward his dugout. There was wide speculation that Judge had received a tip from someone in or near his dugout. Well, the two AL East rivals faced each other this week in Toronto, and the Blue Jays' bats came ready. CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM On Tuesday, they knocked out Carlos Rodon after just four innings of work in which he threw 101 pitches. On Wednesday, they got Marcus Stroman to throw 99 pitches in his 5.1 frames. Swiss parliament approves Nazi symbol display ban

The lower house of Swiss parliament on Wednesday followed in the footsteps of the Senate, or upper house, in approving a measure that would ban the use of, public wearing or display of Nazi and racist symbols that could foment extremist hate or violence . The proposal — years in the making — goes beyond a simple ban on Nazi memorabilia, which had failed in the past in parliament, to include other forms of extremist symbols that could stir hatred or violence. The National Council in the capital, Bern, in a 133-38 vote with 17 abstentions, passed. Most political groups backed the measure and overcame opposition from the right-wing Swiss People’s Party, which has the most seats in the two chambers. The vote puts Switzerland on track to join other European countries that have enacted similar bans. Supreme Court wary of obstruction charge used against some Jan 6 riot defendants

The Supreme Court's conservative majority expressed concern Tuesday over the federal government's use of an obstruction law to prosecute a Jan. 6 Capitol riot defendant, which could have major implications for President Trump's separate election interference case. Joseph Fischer, a onetime police patrolman, is one of about 350 people charged by the Justice Department with "obstruction of an official proceeding" in connection with the disruption of Congress’ certification of then-former Vice President Joe Biden's 2020 presidential election victory over Trump. Trump is also facing that same obstruction count. At issue is whether a federal law passed two decades ago to address corporate fraud and document destruction can be properly applied to those allegedly engaged in "assaultive conduct" like participating in a riot. Several on the bench expressed concern the obstruction statute sweeps too broadly into areas like peaceful but disruptive conduct....
