An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer and a man from Honduras were injured Wednesday morning after a shooting during a traffic stop near Phoenix, Arizona. The shooting happened at 4 a.m. Wednesday after ICE officers pulled over Jose Garcia-Sorto along Interstate 17 in north Phoenix.
