A U.S. Army soldier stationed in Texas has been found alive 11 days after his disappearance and days after his wife died, officials said Friday.  Spc. Craig Chamberlain, who is assigned to the 704th Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), had been missing for two weeks while stationed in Killeen at Fort Cavazos, formerly known as Fort Hood .  He was reported missing May 15 and found Friday, the Army said.  "We are thankful that Specialist Chamberlain has been found," Lt. Col. Zachary Brainard, commander of the 2nd Chemical Battalion, said in a statement. "We will continue to provide him with the care and assistance he needs. We will also continue to collaborate with CID as they conduct a thorough investigation into this matter." A Texas high school had to postpone its graduation after only a few of their seniors met graduation requirements. While preparing for the ceremony, students at Marlin High School received a disappointing announcement on Wednesday that their graduation would be rescheduled for June. The school district announced the sudden change in a statement posted to Facebook along with calling for a mandatory meeting for senior parents that same night. Community members and parents took to the comment section to blast the school district for the outcome. Some parents said that the move is not fair to the students who did pass the graduation requirements. Guatemala’s top court blocked the candidacy of another presidential hopeful on Friday, this time ending the campaign of poll leader Carlos Pineda for alleged violations of electoral law.
