Kirstjen Nielsen's visit to U.S-Mexico border "too late", critics say

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen is visiting the border after the deaths of two migrant children in U.S. custody. But, critics say her visit won't solve problems as long as the Trump administration's policy of detaining migrant children continues.
